These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, payments, and travel services provided by AirNet Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”). By making a booking or payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information AirNet Travel operates as a travel agency providing airline tickets, travel packages, and related services. Our website is www.airnetjapan.com.
2. Payments
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• By submitting your payment information, you authorize AirNet Travel to charge your card for the agreed amount.
• Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment (or deposit, where applicable) must be received before ticket issuance or service confirmation.
3. Booking Confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) has been received.
• You will receive a confirmation email from AirNet Travel with your booking details.
• Please check all information carefully; any errors must be reported within 24 hours.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Airline tickets and travel services are subject to each airline’s or supplier’s cancellation and refund policy.
• AirNet Travel service fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests, if eligible, may take up to 30 business days to process.
• No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
5. Travel Documents
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and other required documents. AirNet Travel is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

If you wish to change your booking, please contact us immediately. Change fees may apply, depending on airline or supplier rules.

AirNet Travel acts only as an agent between the traveler and airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
